Frequently asked questions
My child does not read Hebrew well yet. Will it work?
The exercises are in Hebrew, like the test itself. The key words are underlined: a tap opens their English translation, with a short note for you. Each exercise has its full solution, step by step.
Is it the Ministry of Education curriculum?
Yes. The content follows the Ministry of Education curriculum, grade by grade. The topics on the teacher’s sheet are chapters of this curriculum.
What if the test date changes?
Build the plan again with the new date: it replaces the old plan. You can also move one session to a different day. A session that your child did not do moves to the next day, during the night.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly subscription has no commitment, and you can cancel it at any time from the account page. The terms of the yearly subscription are in the cancellation terms.
What is free?
Building and saving the plan. A diagnostic on every topic of the test, with the solutions. The first day of the plan, on all its topics. One topic of the plan, day by day, until the test: the first topic of the plan after the diagnostic, usually the one that needs the most work. Also the free chapter of each grade, in full, with a free account. When that chapter is on the test, it is the topic that stays open; when the test has only one topic, there is no diagnostic, and the topic is open on the first day. All this once per child and per grade. The other topics and days open with the grade subscription.
And after the test?
The plan stops on the test day. With the subscription, the whole grade curriculum stays open: your child keeps practising, and you build the plan for the next test.
